Delete your CouplesGPT account

You can delete your CouplesGPT account in the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.

Deleting your CouplesGPT account is not the same as cancelling an App Store or Google Play subscription. Store subscriptions must be cancelled through the store account that owns them.

Fastest option: delete in the app

Open CouplesGPT and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Open Advanced.
Choose Delete my account and complete the confirmation step.

Email request option

If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address on your CouplesGPT account. Use the subject line Account deletion request.

Email support@couplesgpt.ai

We may need to verify that you control the account before we act on the request.

What account deletion removes

Account deletion removes your active account record, sessions, push tokens, profile, owned subscription records, and the conversations the deletion flow is designed to remove from the active app database.

What may be retained

Some records may remain where needed, including billing, refund, tax, accounting, anti-fraud, affiliate attribution, support, feedback, security, legal, and backup records. Backups are retained for limited periods and are overwritten or deleted on their normal schedule.

Subscriptions

Web subscriptions are handled by CouplesGPT during account deletion. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled through the store account that owns the subscription.
